The Alabama Center for Foreign Investment, LLC (ACFI-RC) is committed to provide quality consulting services to assist individuals in complying with all aspects of the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program (“IIPP”), also known as the EB-5 Visa Program. ACFI-RC carefully identifies, evaluates, and selects investment projects which meet IIPP requirements and works with two contract economists from Troy University and the University of Alabama to run the necessary econometric analysis to determine job creation and economic impact as required by the IIPP. ACFI-RC will assist the individual’s legal representative in obtaining the conditional green card and in filing for a permanent green card by assembling the documents necessary to achieve IIPP compliance.

American Logistics Regional Center is an approved Regional Center under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. This program is designed to develop six entities under the umbrella of American Logistics International. ALRC will significantly invest in facility improvement, equipment acquisitions, expansion of transportation fleet, improved Information Technology infrastructure, implementation of the Customs Bonded Warehouse and Examination Station facilities.
American Logistics International, LLC is the principal in the American Logistics Regional Center. American Logistics primary business is in warehousing, distribution, cargo transportation, port terminal operations and advanced logistics operations.
